It is time that we offered cash awards for exclusive rights to some photographs of public interest. Can you imagine how much the public would want to see a picture of OBL in captivity! Or for the corpse of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi hanging from a bridge ala Benito Mussolini? These pictures would be worth millions to the copyright owners! So let's put up some posters:

Let's see how well the Al-Jazeera propaganda machine works when the photographers have a competitive option! al-Zarqawi will no longer know who he can trust. Any paparazzi could sell him out for the cash. Bingo, the propaganda machine becomes a liability!
